"Just wanted to email you to thank you and your installation team for the heating upgrade and replacement work undertaken at our home last week.

This was done with the minimum of inconvenience to us, plus there is very little for us to do in making good wallpaper replacement and touching up when replacing the radiators. I was expecting far more.

As mentioned when you first visited us we are looking to modernise our kitchen, bathroom and cloakroom over the next couple of years and would have no hesitation in asking you to carry out this work. I would like to start with the cloakroom in late spring/ early Summer and would be grateful if you could pop around when convenient and advise us what the possibilities are."

"I was recommended to you by my daughter-in-law. She said Smart Plumbing were the company to approach with regard to our quite complicated central heating system which we have always thought was under-performing.

Chris very quickly identified several issues to do with under-capacity etc and has set the system up and proved that the boiler can cope with the help of the new expansion vessel and pump. There maybe one or two little issues to follow, but basically my wife and I are delighted by the way the work was carried out, and the professionalism which he has shown. He and his colleague Nathan worked very cleanly and efficiently and were a pleasure to have around.
